Toast is a HEB (400g Warburtons whole meal loaf)
Leaves me with milk for coffee through the day for my HEA
If I do have cereal, it’s usually 2 x weetabix for HEB milk for HEA, and then I the syn milk that I have in my coffee for the rest of the day.
